40 Title IX

The Bay Path University community welcomes and affirms the rights of its students, faculty and staff to live, work and study in an environment free of discrimination, harassment and sexual misconduct. Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (“Title IX”) prohibits discrimination based on sex in the education programs and activities of an institution which receives federal financial assistance. As a recipient of federal financial assistance, Bay Path University is required to adhere to Title IX requirements.  Your Title IX Coordinator is Dr. Peter Testori and your Assistant Title IX Coordinator is Dr. Heather Gould.
