Navigate to the Information Technology Helpdesk page within BPU Community.
On the Helpdesk home page, click or tap on “Submit a Ticket.”
When you are entering a ticket, please put as much detail as possible. If a part of your Canvas course is not working right, be sure to tell us:
course number and section
week and assignment
details of what is happening
screenshots, if possible
The more details you give, the faster we can start working on the issue rather than asking you for more information.
Use the “attach a file” option if you have a screenshot or other information that may assist us.
