COVID-19 Vaccination Policy
Bay Path University follows the guidelines implemented by the CDC and DPH in regards to COVID vaccination and isolation procedures. Bay Path University no longer mandates the COVID-19 vaccination for students and faculty/staff. We do still encourage students and faculty to stay up to date with COVID-19 immunization and boosters in accordance with The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Effective March 1, 2024, The CDC updated their isolation guidelines. The 5 day isolation is no longer required under the following guidance. If a student/faculty member tests positive for COVID -19 and is symptomatic, they must isolate themselves from others until they are fever free and without the use of fever reducing medications for 24 hours. Masking and keeping your distance from others at 6 ft is still required for 5 days. If you test positive and you are asymptomatic, you must mask and keep a 6 ft distance from others for 5 days without isolating. This information is also available for review on the CDC website. If you have any questions, you may also contact Health Services via email or phone at the information provided above.
