Design, Planning, & Assessment:

Students will be able to provide high-quality educational experiences by designing developmentally appropriate curricula, establishing authentic assessment tools, analyzing students’/participants’ performance, growth, or experiences, and providing feedback based on data for continuous program improvement.

Supporting All Students:

Students will be able to support the learning and growth of all students/participants through culturally relevant-sustaining pedagogy or programming that establishes high expectations and inclusivity for all students/participants.

Family & Community Engagement:

Students will be able to support the learning and growth of all students/participants through effective partnerships or communications with families, caregivers, community members, and organizations.

Professional Culture:
