Mentoring

Faculty and Staff Mentors

At Bay Path University, we believe that meaningful connections can shape a student’s journey—both in college and beyond. Our mentorship initiative is designed to help students find guidance, inspiration, and support from experienced faculty and staff who are here to walk alongside them as they explore their purpose and place in the world.

Our faculty and staff mentors come from a variety of backgrounds and bring unique insights, passions, and experiences to the table. Whether a student is looking for academic support, career advice, or someone to help them think more deeply about their goals, there’s a mentor here for them.
