Career development is a critical part of a student’s experience at Bay Path University, beginning the moment they are admitted and extending through graduation and beyond. The Sullivan Career and Life Planning Center (SCLP) offers services that are carefully targeted to meet the needs of our diverse student body.  Students have access to a full range of career coaching services, by phone or video conference. As a practitioner in your field, you have invaluable expertise to offer the students you teach, however; if you find that they need more general assistance, please refer to the Career Services Department.  The SCLP offers a full range of career development services to help students learn the skills to manage their career successfully over their lifetime. These include:

• Resume/Cover Letter Reviews
• LinkedIn Profile Reviews
• Career Development webinars and events (e.g. Networking Skills, Transitioning Careers, Job Search Skills)

• Salary Negotiation Training and Preparation
• Internship opportunities and planning (including virtual internships)
• Academic and Career E-Portfolios
• And don’t forget, we also provide free lifetime career coaching for alumnae who have graduated.
