Counseling Services
The university’s Counseling Center offers confidential, individual counseling for students, as well as outreach programs and consultation for faculty and staff. We have partnered with Uwill, a 24/7 virtual counseling platform, to provide free teletherapy (via text, phone, or video) to all undergraduate and graduate students. This service also includes access to psychiatric evaluations for medication management.
Key Features:
-
Available 24/7: Students can connect with counselors via video, phone, chat, or messaging—even on weekends and holidays.
-
Diverse Provider Network: Students can choose licensed professionals based on preferences such as gender, language, and specialty.
-
Cost-Free: Services are free for students and accessible using their official Bay Path or Cambridge email address.
-
New 24/7 Crisis Line: Students now have access to a dedicated crisis support number for immediate assistance in urgent mental health situations. This ensures they can speak to a trained professional anytime they are in distress.
Medical Services
Medical services are provided through a partnership with Urgent Care of Longmeadow, which is located near the campus. Students can make appointments for a wide range of needs, including physical exams, diagnosis of illnesses, and rapid testing. The university also provides a shuttle service for transportation to and from the clinic.

-
Local Urgent Care/Primary Care – Students may visit a local urgent care or primary care provider in their community. They can reach out to our Health & Wellness for guidance.
-
Student Support Services – Health & Wellness, Student Life, and others can help connect students to resources in their area and provide follow-up support.
