Challenge Exams

Bay Path University offers two Challenge Exams that allow you to earn credit for basic computer course requirements. The Challenge Exams offered are COM111, covering Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and COM112, covering Microsoft Excel. You can receive three (3) credits for passing each exam for six (6) credits total. Passing scores for these Challenge Exams also satisfy our general education computer course requirement.

Fees for Challenge Exams

Students who take the COM111 or COM112 challenge exam will pay a $220 registration fee. COM111 covers Word and PowerPoint and COM112 covers Excel. Retakes of either exam will cost the student $25.00. Students may retake either exam only one time.
