Academic Program Director (PD)
- Conducts all hiring of SMEs
- Handles all HR-related matters on behalf of the SMEs, including payroll
- Conducts quality assurance (QA) check of the finished course content
- Determines scope and curricular vision of project
- Serves as project manager for all content development
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Curates or creates content
- Formats content and assessments in development templates, including rubric and content templates
- Abides by copyright and accessibility laws and guidelines related to content curation
Instructional Designer (ID)
- Consults on and reviews templates for adherence to course design, accessibility, and usage rights policies.
- Builds all content in Canvas LMS
- Conducts quality assurance (QA) check of course design/learning experience
- Provides ongoing template and technical training and support as needed
