Tools in Use at BayPath

There are a number of tools that your colleagues at Bay Path are using already to solve problems and improve the student experience. Maybe one of these will work for your project, too! Here’s a short list:

• LibGuides: Integrate Hatch Library resources directly in your course!
• Labster: Virtual lab simulations for science courses.
• Knowledge Matters: Virtual business simulations for management, marketing, hotel and restaurant management, and more.
• Flat World Knowledge: Low-cost digital textbooks that integrate with Canvas. Some offer accompanying homework packages and problem sets that are automatically graded and synced with Canvas.
• StatCrunch: A Pearson product that is web-based and allows for analysis of data for statistics classes.
• Pressbooks: An online publishing platform, OER repository, and Content Management System. This handbook was built and distributed with Pressbooks on Bay Path’s open.baypath.edu network! Pressbooks allows for content to be integrated directly with Canvas while also being easily downloaded and exported into various formats for offline viewing and printing.
